What are your rates for sponsored content?
Rates vary based on scope, exclusivity, and deliverables. A single sponsored TikTok starts at one rate; full ambassador packages are priced separately. We're transparent and flexible — email us and we'll share a rate card. We don't do free-only deals unless there's a meaningful reciprocal value, but we're always open to creative arrangements for brands we genuinely love.
What's the typical timeline from brief to delivery?
We typically need 2–3 weeks from product receipt to final content delivery. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — reach out early. We'll confirm a content calendar upfront so there are no surprises.
What deliverables can we expect?
Standard packages include one to three pieces of video content (TikTok/Reels-formatted) plus supporting static photos. We also offer blog placement, story content, and multi-platform packages. Every brief is different — we'll work out specifics before anything is agreed.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Category exclusivity is available and priced accordingly. We're transparent about other brand partnerships and won't create conflicting content during an exclusivity window. Exclusivity terms are defined in the contract and time-limited by default.
Who owns the content rights?
We retain ownership of all content we create. Brands receive a non-exclusive license to repurpose content on their own channels during a defined usage window. Extended or permanent usage rights are available for an additional licensing fee — we just need to agree on that upfront.
What are your payment terms?
We work on a 50% deposit model: half upfront, half on delivery and approval. Payment is via PayPal, Venmo, or ACH. We send a formal invoice for all partnerships and require a signed agreement before work begins. Simple process, no drama.
